alfanar is seeking an Internal Audit Associate to support risk assessment and internal controls across manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, and supply chain. The role involves coordinating with plant managers, documenting processes, and testing controls within ERP systems.

Responsibilities cover planning, execution, inventory verification, and reporting of audit findings, with a focus on production efficiency, quality control, and compliance across manufacturing units.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal controls and risk assessment in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP modules and manufacturing applications.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and controls in production and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying key risk areas across manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, procurement, and supply chain.
• Support audit planning by evaluating risks in plant operations, warehousing, maintenance, and logistics.
• Help prepare engagement commencement letters and coordinate with plant managers, production supervisors, and process owners.
• Document end-to-end manufacturing processes, map internal controls, and evaluate ERP controls.
• Participate in internal audit assignments across plants using a risk-based approach.
• Contribute to audit programs covering production cycles, procurement, maintenance, QA, and distribution.
