The Role

The Managing Director will assume full P&L responsibility and lead all aspects of manufacturing, commercial, and supply chain operations. This role will oversee production efficiency, quality assurance, procurement, sales, and distribution. A key focus will be improving operational margins, strengthening leadership capability, and driving disciplined execution across the plant and commercial teams. The MD will work closely with shareholders on strategic growth initiatives, including capacity expansion and new product lines.
