Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a seasoned solution architect to develop and support architecture components for development business systems, including Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, and Digital Twin platforms.

You will translate business requirements into scalable, interoperable technical solutions, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure governance, testing, deployment, and handover are carried out in line with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architecture and systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Experience with Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, or Digital Twin is preferred.
• Experience in large organizations or giga-projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop solution architecture designs and integration models aligned with enterprise standards.

Job description

The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting solution architecture components for development business systems, including Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, and related development platforms. The position ensures business and technology requirements are translated into scalable, interoperable, and reliable technical solutions that support efficient project delivery and operational consistency across development systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop solution architecture designs, technical specifications, and integration models aligned with enterprise standards.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and implementable technical solutions.
• Execute solution implementation activities including configuration, deployment, testing, migration, and go-live support.
• Support systems integration and ensure reliable interoperability and data flow across platforms.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution artifacts.
• Validate implemented solutions against approved architecture, governance, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and integration issues.
• Monitor system performance, support enhancement initiatives, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational readiness and handover activities.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices relevant to development systems and enterprise platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems implementation, and systems integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience working with Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, or related development business systems preferred.
• Experience within large-scale organizations, smart cities, giga-projects, real estate, engineering, or entertainment industries is preferred.
• Previous experience with consulting firms or enterprise technology delivery environments is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, cloud platforms, or solution architecture are preferred.
