Job summary

Qiddiya seeks an experienced Manager – Design Management to lead the design and development of innovative projects that meet high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. You will oversee multidisciplinary design teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver projects from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, urban design, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in design management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, construction methods, and applicable codes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is highly desirable.
