Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an experienced project manager to lead and manage sitewide mixed-use design projects in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in design management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with design software such as Revit and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design management, preferably in mixed-use and large-scale urban developments.
• Proven leadership skills managing multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, architecture, urban planning, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with design software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of local and international codes, standards, and regulations.
