Job summary

JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Design Manager (Sitewide) to lead and oversee design management for mixed-use developments across the sitewide portfolio. The role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and delivering complex urban schemes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design management, preferably in mixed-use and large-scale urban developments.
• Proven leadership skills managing multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, architecture, urban planning, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of local and international codes, standards, and regulations.
