Qualifications

• 3-5 years healthcare sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inpatients and their families to address hospital-related concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support appropriate treatment and care.
• Ensure consistent reporting of daily medical outcomes and notes for all patients.
• Identify issues and act proactively to avoid negative impact.
• Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure seamless patient care and address challenges.
