Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 is seeking a seasoned Applications Leader to steer the development and delivery of smart application solutions across SEVEN and SCC. You will build high performing teams, govern delivery, and translate business needs into impactful technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience across multiple industries.

Requirements

• Consultancy experience in Yardi with one of the big 4.
• 8-10 Years of experience in related fields with exposure to multiple Industries and scenarios.
• Predominant broad-based Application Knowledge across the whole domain.
• Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in quality models, processes, and best practices.
• Competent in at least one software development technology stream.
• Broad understanding of emerging technology areas.
• Good awareness of market needs in the applications domain.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
