Based in Amaala, the Culinary Department offers a platform to develop excellence in dining concepts with emphasis on ingredients, preparation, and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with top academic results; less than 2 years post-graduate work experience.
• At least two internships or a 6-month internship with leading companies.
• Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English; local language is a plus.
