Job summary

Rosewood Amaala seeks an Assistant Chief Butler to support the daily leadership and operation of the Butler department, under the Chief Butler, ensuring personalised luxury guest experiences and adherence to Rosewood standards.

You will coach the Butler team, manage guest profiles and requests, and collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to deliver seamless arrivals, VIP stays, and bespoke experiences across the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality supervisory roles.
• Accredited Butler Certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage guest profiles and service delivery.
