Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to ensure proper operation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as compressors, motors and thermostats.
• Test electrical circuits and components for safety and efficiency.
• Clean and inspect air filters, coils and other components.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
• Coordinate with other technicians and departments to complete tasks efficiently.
