Job summary

Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical in Dammam to lead the mechanical maintenance team, plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and maximise plant uptime and equipment reliability.

The role focuses on supervising PPM, managing CMMS work orders, conducting root-cause analyses, and enforcing safety standards to ensure high-quality, compliant maintenance across rotating and static equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• ≥7 years in mechanical maintenance in FMCG/beverage or industrial; ≥2 years supervisory

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Maintenance Execution: Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical assets.
• Reliability & Root-Cause Analysis: Lead failure analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Safety & Standards: Enforce LOTO, PTW, and confined space procedures; ensure work quality and OEM specs.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and develop technicians, allocate tasks, and review work quality.

Location: KSA – Dammam

Purpose of the Job

The Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical leads the mechanical maintenance team, planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance on all rotating, static, and process mechanical equipment to maximise plant uptime and equipment reliability.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Maintenance Execution

• Plan and supervise PPM and corrective maintenance for all mechanical plant assets
• Oversee maintenance of production line machinery, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and process vessels
• Manage mechanical work orders in D365 / CMMS and ensure timely completion

2. Reliability & Root-Cause Analysis

• Lead failure analysis for recurring mechanical breakdowns and implement permanent fixes
• Monitor equipment condition and recommend reliability improvement actions

3. Safety & Standards

• Enforce LOTO, PTW, and confined space procedures for all mechanical work
• Ensure mechanical work quality meets engineering standards and OEM specifications

4. Team Supervision

• Supervise and develop mechanical technicians, line mechanics, and machinists
• Allocate daily tasks, conduct briefings, and review work quality
