Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance/Shift Engineer to help maintain the hotel’s facilities, guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas while delivering warm hospitality. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry, and assist with preventive maintenance inspections, documenting activities for follow‑up.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel facility maintenance or similar environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Capable of performing preventive maintenance inspections and documenting results.

• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders

• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry

• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs

• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
