Job summary

Sports and Entertainment Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Water Sports Supervisor to lead daily operations of water activities at the resort. You will oversee instructors, ensure safety, and coordinate guest experiences in a luxury marine setting.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining equipment readiness, monitoring weather and sea conditions, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Certified Water Sports Instructor or equivalent qualification (e.g., ISA, RYA, or recognized authority).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• General: Supervise water sports instructors and staff; coordinate schedules and resources; ensure safety and luxury service standards.
• Operational: Oversee daily execution of activities; brief/instruct staff; monitor weather and seawater conditions; maintain equipment readiness.
• Pre-Opening: Assist in setup and procedures; train staff; validate safety protocols and equipment readiness; ensure compliance with safety standards.
