Job summary

Accor invites a visionary Director of Spa to lead our luxury wellness facility in Riyadh. You will craft and drive the spa strategy, oversee daily operations, ensure impeccable hygiene and safety, and elevate guest experiences across all touchpoints.

You will mentor a high-caliber team, manage budgeting and forecasting, and spearhead marketing partnerships to grow revenue. Arabic language skills are a plus in our multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spa management or luxury hospitality leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable.
• Experience in marketing, branding, and customer service excellence in a luxury environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement innovative wellness strategies.
• Strong understanding of sustainability practices in the spa industry.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
