Job summary

The Chedi Hegra is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead its luxury brand storytelling across social channels from Medina. You will develop and execute a cohesive strategy, manage content calendars, and ensure consistency with brand standards while supporting commercial goals.

You will collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce, Revenue, and Corporate Marketing to deliver engaging campaigns, optimize performance, and leverage AI tools and analytics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, tourism, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
• Hotel pre-opening or destination marketing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel's social media and content strategy.
• Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Create engaging storytelling that supports marketing and commercial objectives.
• Plan, publish, and optimize content across platforms to grow engagement.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, media visits, and collaborations.
• Promote hotel experiences, dining, wellness, spa, weddings, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance, audience insights, and campaign results.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Work with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, Corporate Marketing, and agencies to support business objectives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing innovations.
