York Towers is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent for the Riyadh Sales Team to guide local and international clients through profitable real estate opportunities. You will provide strategic advisory services backed by market intelligence and financial analysis, focusing on ROI, IRR, and NPV projections.

As an entry-level, on-site role in Riyadh, you will manage the entire sales process, hit KPIs, and collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure compliant, successful transactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct sales or client advisory experience, preferably in real estate or financial services.
• Ability to understand and communicate core investment metrics (ROI, NPV, IRR) to clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic (English a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and investment needs assessment to property presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual KPIs for deal closures, sales volume, and client acquisition.
• Deliver financially grounded investment proposals, articulating ROI, IRR, NPV, and capital appreciation projections.
• Handle investor objections related to market risk and returns while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of York Towers' project portfolio and Georgian real estate market trends.
• Ensure accurate CRM data entry and documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
• Adhere to cross-border transaction protocols and applicable legal standards.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.
