Job summary

FAENA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and brand initiatives for our luxury resort. You will help deliver integrated campaigns, manage content, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes brand standards, on-brand communications, and timely delivery of materials, events and digital activities, with a focus on guest experience and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications/Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing communications or hospitality-related coordination roles.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media and content management.
• Canva for simple design creation and edits.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns across channels.
• Develop, organize and distribute digital, social, print, and on-property materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments, agencies, designers, photographers, suppliers and vendors.
• Support social media content planning and digital marketing with brand alignment.
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines, tasks and deliverables.
