Fairmont Ramla Riyadh, part of the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts brand, seeks an experienced Front Office/Guest Services professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on professional, timely responses to guest needs, smooth operations, and high standards of service.

Ideal candidates will have hotel experience, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to handle VIP guests and emergencies. Arabic is a plus; flexibility to work shifts is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hotels, guest services, or front office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is preferred.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and solve problems.
• Knowledge of hotel services, rooms, facilities, and promotions.
• Ability to handle VIP guests professionally.
• Knowledge of safety, emergency procedures, and guest confidentiality.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Aufgaben

• Address guests' service needs in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
• Be aware of daily information and communicate relevant updates.
• Conduct room and hotel orientation for new guests.
• Maintain back-of-house areas and ensure cleanliness.
• Inform Front Office about availability and high-demand dates.
• Supervise Front Office operations including Reception and Guest Relations.
• Update MOD log and handovers between shifts.
• Report guest comments or complaints to management.
