Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant management experience in a luxury watch or fine jewellery boutique.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
• Strong experience leading and developing high-performing luxury retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP, VVIP, and high-net-worth clients.
• Coach and develop the boutique sales team and establish clear objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, visual merchandising, stock, and reporting.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and sophistication in Saudi Arabia.
