Job summary

Crown Arabia Can Company Ltd. seeks an experienced back-end production supervisor to manage the daily operations of the can manufacturing line. You will lead a team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time output, and collaborate with maintenance and QA to optimize performance.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in manufacturing production.
Experience supervising or leading a team preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality control principles and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of the back-end production team, including scheduling and task assignment.
Ensure all production processes meet quality standards and specifications for can manufacturing.
Enforce safety policies, conduct regular audits and address hazards promptly.
Troubleshoot production issues and machine malfunctions with maintenance or engineering as needed.
Train new team members on procedures, safety, and quality standards.
Monitor production metrics and report performance to management.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
Maintain accurate production records (downtime, output, quality).
Collaborate with front-end production, maintenance, and QA to ensure smooth workflow.
Foster a positive, productive work environment with teamwork and clear communication.
