Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics or warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations and ensure on-time dispatch of orders.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Schedule shipments with freight carriers, logistics providers, and transport companies.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain shipment records, reports, and logistics databases.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and customer service teams.
- Verify freight charges and support cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
