Job summary

Weatherford International Oil Field Services is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics operations, shipments, PO follow-up, invoicing, and documentation using SAP, Oracle and Excel.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, transporters and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accuracy, and continuous improvement in cost and service levels. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills in a fast-paced oilfield services environment.

Qualifications

/ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
/ 2-5 years of logistics experience in oilfield services, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
/ Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Excel and customer portals.
/ Strong customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment scheduling, delivery tracking, PO follow-up, invoicing and documentation management.
Serve as primary contact for customers, suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of order status.
Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, transportation and invoicing records using SAP, Oracle and Excel.
Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance and Sales to coordinate materials, equipment and customer requirements.
Monitor logistics performance, resolve delivery issues, and report delays or shortages.
