Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to manage shipments, POs, invoicing, and documentation. The role leverages SAP, Oracle, and Excel to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will work with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales to optimize materials flow, monitor performance, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment scheduling, delivery tracking, PO follow-up, invoicing, and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders; communicate order and delivery status.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, transportation, and invoicing records using SAP, Oracle, portals, and Excel.
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales to meet customer requirements and optimize materials flow.
• Monitor logistics performance, resolve delivery issues, and update delays, shortages, or damages.
• Support inventory control, asset tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
