Program Overview

Goody is offering a development-focused opportunity under the Tamheer Program for high-potential graduates to join our Operations team as a Logistics Coordinator (Upstream). This role provides hands‑on exposure to international logistics execution within a best‑in‑class, tech‑enabled environment, operating on structured SOPs, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.

The selected candidate will work closely with global manufacturers and leading freight forwarders while utilizing GoComet, one of the industry’s top digital freight visibility and coordination platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manufacturers to confirm product readiness dates and shipment availability.
• Arrange container bookings with freight forwarders in line with optimized shipping schedules.
• Ensure containers are picked up and delivered to the designated destination on time.
• Track shipments end‑to‑end using GoComet and proactively report delays or risks.
• Ensure all required shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO, SFDA documents, etc.) are prepared, accurate, and available on time.
• Validate documentation for correctness of product details, quantities, HS codes, and regulatory information.
• Maintain effective communication with manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Follow standardized SOPs and internal controls to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance freight efficiency, visibility, and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interest in international logistics and digital supply chains.
• High attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with logistics systems is a plus (experience with GoComet is an advantage).
