Logistics Coordinator for Malayalees in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is specifically for Malayalee candidates with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics operations for our company in Riyadh.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, transporters, and other logistics partners.
• Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or distribution centres.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, delivery schedules, and customer orders.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Identify areas for cost savings and implement efficient logistics processes.

Requirements

• Must be a Malayalee with a valid residence permit in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience in logistics coordination is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work without accommodation provided by the company.
• Should have experience working with different modes of transportation (land, sea, air).
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English are preferred.
