We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Livestock Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Livestock Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and care of livestock on our farm. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for animal husbandry and proven experience in managing livestock operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily care and maintenance of all livestock on the farm, including feeding, cleaning, and health checks
• Monitor the health and wellbeing of all animals and provide appropriate medical treatment when needed
• Develop and implement breeding programs to ensure optimal productivity and genetic diversity
• Monitor herd/flock performance and make recommendations for improvements in nutrition, housing, and other management practices
• Oversee the selection, purchase, and sale of livestock to maintain optimal herd/flock size
• Train and supervise farm staff on proper handling techniques for livestock
• Maintain accurate records of herd/flock performance, health issues, breeding data, etc.
• Follow all biosecurity protocols to prevent the spread of disease within the herd/flock
