• Excellent communication with senior management and technical teams to define requirements and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of liability products with regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with IT to configure core banking systems and reduce manual interventions.
• Oversee reconciliation and reporting of liability accounts per Saudi Central Bank guidelines (SAMA).
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational throughput.
• Serve as escalation point for complex liability queries and coordinate resolution.
