Light Driver vacancy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a Light Driver to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Light Driver, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a light vehicle to transport goods and passengers within the city.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a light vehicle to transport goods and passengers within Jeddah
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, including speed limits, road signs, and signals
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle at all times
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods or passengers
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents immediately to the appropriate authorities

Requirements

• Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Good knowledge of Jeddah roads and traffic regulations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of goods if required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Jeddah

Preferred

• Previous experience as a light driver (although new drivers are welcome)
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance (oil change, tire pressure, etc.)
