Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Lifting Supervisor for a client in the construction sector. The role requires overseeing lifting operations on construction sites, coordinating activities, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

CPCS/NPORS certifications are highly preferred and strong leadership is essential. The candidate should possess extensive lifting experience, read and interpret lifting plans, and communicate effectively with site teams.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive lifting operations experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience supervising or leading a team of lifting operators.
• Knowledge of cranes, hoists, rigging, and lifting equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in lifting operations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in the construction industry.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of lifting operators.
• Extensive knowledge of various lifting techniques and equipment, including cranes, hoists, and rigging.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in lifting operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lifting plans.
• Certifications in lifting, such as CPCS or NPORS, are highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding and challenging environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
