Job summary

BeWunder is seeking a Lifecycle Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead AVL and media technology service across the Middle East. You will work with the Director and internal teams to own maintenance and service delivery for permanently installed projects such as museums and theatres.

Qualifications

• Experience in AVL service, maintenance and operations.
• Strong understanding of AVL, media technology and related infra.
• Experience with permanently installed environments such as theatres, museums or similar venues.
• Ability to coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with SLA-driven support.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira for service documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operations and maintenance concepts for permanently installed AVL/media systems.
• Manage lifecycle of service and maintenance assignments including preventive, operational, reactive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate service activities and ensure SLAs and client commitments are met.
• Act as main client contact, building long-term relationships and proactive communication.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors for maintenance tasks.
• Support commercial admin of service work and invoicing with the Commercial team.
• Maintain documentation in Salesforce, Jira and other systems and provide regular reporting.
