Qualifications

• Indian nationality preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with locating and checking out materials, including books, magazines, and multimedia items.
• Organize and maintain library materials according to the Dewey Decimal System.
• Process new materials for circulation, including labeling, cataloging, and shelving.
• Answer patron inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Assist with library events and programs, such as book clubs and story time for children.
• Keep track of overdue materials and issue fines when necessary.
• Help maintain a clean and organized library environment.
• Collaborate with the Librarian to develop new services or programs for library patrons.
