Librarian Assistant
The Library in Medina is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Librarian Assistant to support the daily operations of the library. The ideal candidate will have a passion for literature and a strong understanding of library systems and procedures. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Librarian with cataloging, shelving, and maintaining library materials. The successful candidate will also provide excellent customer service to library patrons, including assisting with research requests and recommending books or resources. Other duties may include assisting with library events and programs, creating displays or promotional materials, and helping with administrative tasks such as record-keeping or ordering supplies. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are also essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, along with free visa sponsorship and airfare provided by the library for qualified candidates. Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.
