Job summary

شركة علم seeks an Associate Legal Advisor to support the delivery of legal services for government products and related business activities. You will conduct legal research, prepare initial drafts, and assist with contract reviews under supervision.

Responsibilities include drafting routine agreements, reviewing documents for completeness, and coordinating inputs for litigation or investigations as needed. Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in legal research, contract drafting and review, corporate legal support, or related legal work. Fresh graduates are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and requirements related to government products and business activities.
• Prepare initial legal summaries and draft responses for senior review.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing routine agreements using approved templates.
• Highlight non-standard terms and potential legal issues for senior review.
• Collect information on planned products and projects to identify legal requirements early.
