Job summary

Octopus by RTG, the tech hiring arm of Robusta Technology Group, seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 specialist to customize and configure Sales/Customer Engagement modules for leasing workflows. You will implement entities, forms, views, and business process flows, and build an integration layer between the Portal and Dynamics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales / Customer Engagement) development and configuration.
• Strong command of the Dynamics customization toolkit: plugins (C#), custom workflows, Power Automate, Dataverse, and the Web API.
• Experience integrating Dynamics with external web/portal apps via REST APIs or Azure services.
• Solid understanding of real-estate/leasing domain or long-sales-cycle CRM use cases.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and business process flows for leasing journeys.
• Build and maintain the integration layer between Portal and Dynamics for data sync and status transitions.
• Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and APIs to automate leasing-team processes.
• Model and maintain account hierarchies and company profiles within Dynamics.
• Support renewal/termination workflows and create dashboards for leasing activity.
• Manage security roles and data privacy configurations for portal-originated records.
