Job summary

Robusta Technology Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM developer to configure and customize ERP/CRM workflows and build robust integration layers with external portals. You will design, implement, and optimize solutions across units, forms, and data models to support leasing and real‑time operations.

The role requires 4+ years of hands‑on Dynamics 365 experience, strong API and Azure integration knowledge, and the ability to deliver dashboards and reports for leasing and community management

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales/Customer Engagement) development and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views and business process flows.
• Build and maintain the integration layer between the Portal and Dynamics (unit availability, inquiries, bookings, lease status).
• Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows and custom APIs to automate leasing‑team notifications and approvals.
• Model and maintain account hierarchy and company profiles within Dynamics.
• Support renewal/termination workflows and portal‑side notifications.
• Create dashboards in Dynamics or Power BI for leasing and community management teams.
• Manage security roles and data‑privacy settings for portal-originated records.
• Participate in data mapping and data migration tasks between legacy systems and Dynamics.
