Job description
About Noon

Noon Academy is the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 12 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group‑based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this by blending AI, peer‑to‑peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.

Role Summary

This is a critical leadership role responsible for owning and advancing the learning strategy for Noon’s Qudurat program within our newly invented hybrid learning experience inside 28 schools in Riyadh today and 100+ schools around the Kingdom in the near future. As Learning Manager, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end learning experience for thousands of students every day across all schools. You will serve as the focal point between teachers, the content team, school principals, supervisors, product, engineering, and operations teams. The role blends data‑driven decision‑making, pedagogical leadership, and team leadership, with a strong focus on teacher development, curriculum excellence, and measurable student success. You will act as a champion for students, ensuring that learning content, delivery, and instructional practices are aligned with national assessment standards while leveraging peer‑to‑peer learning, activities and pedagogical techniques to outperform traditional education.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and continuously enhance the learning strategy for Qudurat and Tahsili programs, ensuring alignment with exam frameworks, learning objectives, and student success metrics.
  • Architect and improve a hybrid and AI‑enabled learning ecosystem that drives measurable improvements in Qudurat student performance.
  • Introduce best‑in‑class instructional and assessment practices tailored specifically to Qudurat and Tahsili preparation within Noon’s hybrid learning environment.
  • Work with Learning Experience Managers to design, develop, and integrate curriculum, content, assessments, and learning activities optimized for Qudurat and Tahsili outcomes.
  • Gather and analyze student feedback and performance data (mock exams, diagnostics, engagement metrics) to identify learning gaps, challenges, and successes, and use insights to continuously improve the programs.
  • Evaluate the impact of the learning experience you design using data and iterate curriculum, content, and teaching approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business teams to translate educational insights into product features, learning tools, and content enhancements that improve Qudurat and Tahsili results.
  • Take ownership of the curriculum design, content development operations for Qudurat programs end‑to‑end and work with business leaders to ensure implementation is on par with our standards.
Your Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a degree from a top‑tier or well‑reputed university is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of learning science, pedagogical best practices, and data‑driven education.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex educational, analytical, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including teachers, product teams, and leadership.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, cross‑functional projects.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with teachers and academic stakeholders.
  • Strong drive, resilience, and ownership mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and overcoming challenges.
  • Passion for education technology and consumer‑facing learning products, demonstrated through professional experience or personal projects.
  • Proficient in storytelling and communication tools, including presentations, written documentation, visuals, and videos.
  • Preferred: Experience working within international or multicultural team environments.
Why Work at Noon
  • Solving the Biggest Problem in Education: We’re addressing the most important and challenging issue in the sector—scaling star teachers and making learning fun.
