Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Lean Systems Engineer to drive the Lucid Production System and lean manufacturing initiatives. You will partner with teams to build a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and productivity on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on, data-driven collaboration, strong communication, and experience in automotive manufacturing environments. You will support training, standardization, and performance alignment across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Industrial/Mechanical/Production preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Automotive manufacturing continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain lean tools and systems across operations.
• Coach teams on lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Lead Kaizen workshops and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Conduct layered audits, process reviews, and data-driven optimization.
• Improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity through structured improvements.
