Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser lead for Home Centre, tasked with directing a team and delivering compelling store displays. You will craft visual strategies, align with marketing calendars, and ensure high-quality windows and in-store presentations that support sales growth.

You will collaborate with buying, product development, retail and marketing to develop themed displays, train team members, and continuously improve brand visuals across channels.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a Visual Merchandising role for a retail brand that includes leading a team of 3–5 people.
• Post Graduate or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Fashion, Design, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Visual Merchandisers to create the visual merchandising standards and guidelines for all categories.
• Coach and develop Visual Merchandisers to ensure high quality performance and build talent strength within the VM Concept office.
• Liaising with buying, product development, retail and marketing to create design themes and plans including windows, department displays, signage and pricing concepts.
• Ensure windows are displayed in line with marketing calendars and campaigns, with high-quality visuals including stickers, graphics and props.
