Job summary

Team Saudi is seeking a Lead Coach Trap to lead planning, training, and performance development for elite Trap athletes. You will design annual training plans, manage camps, and coordinate with support staff to build a long-term high-performance pathway.

The role requires strong leadership, international competition experience, and the ability to align coaching with federation policies. You will oversee national team preparation, monitor progress, and ensure safe, high-quality training

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical coaching process for the Trap discipline.
• Coordinate the work of Specialist Coaches and performance-support staff.
• Provide discipline-specific technical guidance to the coach responsible for beginner athletes.
• Lead technical preparation of Trap athletes for major international events.
• Plan, organize and supervise national team Trap training camps and the weekly training process.
• Provide technical reports following competitions and camps.
• Ensure appropriate competition schedules are developed for Trap athletes of both genders at different performance levels.
