Job summary

Team Saudi is seeking a Director of High-Performance Planning to lead strategic alignment and optimize performance across our high-performance programs. You will partner with Senior Directors, oversee the HP Planning, integration, and R&D functions, and ensure plans are executed with discipline to meet athlete development needs.

You will drive governance, continuous improvement, and readiness, coordinating across logistics, services, and enabling functions while safeguarding delivery timelines

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performance planning teams.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into programs and services.
• Proven track record of governance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of annual and multi-year High-Performance operational plans.
• Coordinate planning across programs and enabling functions for readiness and delivery.
• Establish readiness standards and monitor dependencies to protect athlete preparation.
• Lead Sports R&D and translate research into practical performance improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and services to enhance efficiency.
• Foster partnerships with National Federations and external experts to advance objectives.
