Job summary

Met T&S Ltd. is seeking a Subcontract Administration Manager to manage the Project Subcontracts Plan and ensure compliance with procedures. This role involves collaborating with subcontractors, approving payments, and resolving disputes.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in industrial construction, preferably on Saudi Aramco projects. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a relevant degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of relevant field experience at a managerial level.
• Held a similar role in at least the last three projects of comparable scale.
• Prior experience on Saudi Aramco projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Project Subcontracts Plan, Strategy, and Procedure.
• Instruct Subcontractors on the administration procedures.
• Review and approve the Subcontractor's Interim and Final Progress Payment Certificates.
• Resolve disputes with Subcontractors regarding contractual obligations.
