Responsibilities

• Supervise culinary staff to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate on menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain safe, hygienic operations compliant with health regulations.
• Assist in food cost control, inventory, and waste minimization.
• Monitor dish quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Train and develop junior culinary staff and foster teamwork.
• Develop and implement kitchen procedures for efficiency and smooth service.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate culinary team members.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for seamless service and guest satisfaction.
