Job summary

Yallo Retail in KSA seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM consultant to lead EC module implementations, including Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits, and to guide the team on technical and functional aspects.

You will work on integrations, data models, and reporting, ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodologies, training the customer in Arabic, and deliver the SF EC implementation according to labor laws.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with Time Off and Time Sheet modules.
• Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops independently with customers.
• Strong configuration expertise in EC core objects, MDF, workflows, and reporting.
• Knowledge of SFSF integration patterns and HRIS data sync.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the needed certification in HCM – SF Employee Central.
• Deliver SF EC implementation per public labor law.
• Apply SAP Activate methodologies in the implementation.
• Implement custom solutions or business configurations as needed.
• Provide training for the customer in Arabic.
• Manage and monitor project issues and escalation.
