Job summary

Hill International seeks a Project Controls Department Manager in KSA/Qassim to lead budgeting, cost control, planning, scheduling, and change management for a major waste project. You will oversee project controls teams, drive dashboards, and ensure compliance with Hill PMM standards across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 20+ years in project controls, 5+ years in western countries, and a strong track record in cost engineering, estimating, and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a western accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in project controls (cost and schedule) on large projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in western countries.
• Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience in directing cost engineering, cost estimating, control and analysis, planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets, cost, planning/scheduling and management of change.
• Develop and implement budgets and baselines to meet project objectives.
• Monitor project schedules from registration to handover.
• Prepare consolidated cost reports and dashboards.
• Implement the Enterprise Documents Management System (EDMS) and ensure compliance with PMM processes.
