Job summary

Four Seasons Resort, Red Sea hires an Executive Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and bakery departments and collaborate with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional desserts for luxury guests.

You will oversee pastry operations, mentor a pastry team, and design innovative dessert menus that reflect the resort’s culinary vision, while maintaining Four Seasons standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality preferred.
• 5–7 years in a culinary leadership role focusing on pastry design.
• Proven experience leading a pastry & bakery team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of pastry production equipment and kitchen systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pastry & bakery department to uphold top quality and presentation.
• Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations during service for smooth execution.
• Train, mentor and develop pastry staff to excel.
