Job summary

Unison Group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant – EPM (OFSAA ALM) to lead functional design and implementation of Asset Liability Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong banking risk management domain knowledge, hands-on OFSAA ALM experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on OFSAA ALM experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into functional specs.
• Ability to lead end-to-end ALM implementations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design of OFSAA ALM solutions (IRRBB, PRRBB, behavioral modeling).
• Define ALM methodologies (Gap Analysis, Duration Analysis, EaR, EVE).
• Gather requirements with Treasury, Risk, and Finance teams; workshops, advisory role.
• Configure OFSAA ALM: hierarchies, assumptions, repricing rules; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Regulatory & risk reporting design for NII simulations, LCR, NSFR, stress testing.
• Data mapping, cash flows validation, reconciliation between sources and OFSAA outputs.
• Lead testing, UAT, and walkthroughs; develop test cases and validate calculations.
• Drive end-to-end delivery; coordinate with offshore teams; manage timelines and scope.
• Provide advisory on balance sheet optimization and risk mitigation.
• Prepare BRD, FSD, process flows, and data mapping documents.
• Support & troubleshoot ALM calculations and data flows.
