Job summary

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts seeks an IT leader to manage information technology across properties and offices in scope. The role leads a team of IT professionals, ensuring day-to-day hotel and corporate IT operations run smoothly and align with business goals.

You will collaborate with operations leaders on owner relations, negotiate IT matters, drive vendor relationships, and oversee new openings or acquisitions from countdown to live operation, including network support and technology

Qualifications

• Hotel or Hospitality Management education, awareness of global hospitality technology trends.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience. Proven negotiation skills.
• Back of the house and guest facing operational and technical experience with hospitality management systems. Minimum 3 years in an Associate Supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Maintains status documentation (goals, scorecard, LPA tracking, etc.) to verify accuracy.
• Monitors IT operations at company owned/offices to ensure smooth operation.
• Meets with direct manager to provide updates on IT activities and business plans.
• Verifies effective communication, training, and execution of all talent development programs and related initiatives.
• Implements cluster IT policies and procedures as received by regional IT.
