Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in construction methodology or methods management.
• Proven ability to lead complex construction methods and sequencing.
• Strong knowledge of temporary works, heavy lifting, steel structure erection.
• Experience coordinating Design, Engineering, BIM and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Create cost-effective lifting plans for heavy lifts.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and productivity.
• Lead and mentor Methods Engineering team and coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and client standards.
