Job summary

MM Management Consultant is seeking a Facility & Maintenance Engineer in Saudi Arabia to oversee day‑to‑day maintenance of a manufacturing facility, utilities, and infrastructure. The role requires handling preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for CNC machines and production equipment, and troubleshooting various systems across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
5–10 years of experience in facility, maintenance or related engineering roles.
Experience with CNC machines, utilities and plant commissioning.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day maintenance of the manufacturing facility, infrastructure and utilities.
Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Coordinate with OEMs and external service providers for technical support and major breakdowns.
Manage maintenance of CNC turning, milling and other machining equipment.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment/breakdown records.
Ensure compliance with HSE, LOTO, permit-to-work and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including AMC activities and service contracts.
